Nice furnished room (wardrobe, desk, bed, TV, etc.) for rent. The room is about 16 m² and we have to share kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for daily life. A washing machine, a dryer and drying rooms are available in the basement.

We are an international an female community. Therefore looking for a female and English talking flatmember.

The public transport connection is also very good. The name of the street is Regina-Ullmann-Straße and the next stop is "Fritz-Meyer-Weg". You walk there in 3 minutes (tram number 16 und 37 and bus line 50). The stop for S8 called "Bahnhof Johanneskirchen". To stop you have to wolk around 10 munites.

The Regina-Ullmann-Straße is a really quiet street, ideal for relaxing or just sleeping longer, Shops for your daily needs (Aldi, Edeka, restaurants, coffee shop, pharmacy, etc) are of course also very close available.

Nearby is also the the English Garden, a big Bowling Center, indoor swimming pool and a lake called Feringasee.

We are friendly, respectful and of course clean. We clean once a week together the together used rooms (kitchen, bathroom, corridor) and sometimes we sit togeher for a cup of coffee or a dinner.

The most important thing, however, is a friendly and considerate get together.

And if you has a pet, that´s no problem ��‍��

A washing machine, Clothes dryer and drying rooms are available in the basement.

When you move out, I´ll take for the final cleaning for € 100.

The flat is located in the district Bogenhausen - Oberföhring, in the north-eastern part of the city. It offers an ideal infrastructure. Of course, there are shops, doctors and restaurants nearby. Just check with in Google-Maps. The street is Regina-Ullmann-Straße. The nearest tram (line 37) and also bus stop (line 50) can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. The S-Bahn stop "Johanneskirchen" is also within easy walking distance. The top of this area is: English Garden, Feringa Lake, bowling centre, cafés, and much more.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Bogenhausen – Oberföhring, im nordöstlichen Teil der Stadt.

Er bietet eine ideale Infrastruktur. Natürlich befinden sich Geschäfte, Ärzte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Einfach mit in Google-Maps nachsehen. Die Straße ist die Regina-Ullmann-Straße. Die nächste Straßenbahn (Linie 37) und auch Bushaltestelle (Linie 50) ist zu Fuß in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Johanneskirchen" ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Der Freizeitwert ist top: Englischer Garten, Feringasee, Bowlingcenter, Cafés, u. v. m.

As far as the type of shared apartment is concerned, there has already been everything here. The motto is: a lot can happen, nothing has to be. Whether it's a purpose-built flat share or not, only develops when you live together and also have your daly life. Sometimes you are tired after work, sometimes you go out or sometimes you like to have a glass of wine together. Everyone needs their privacy and retreat. However, it is important to me that someone is trustful, honest and clean. Of course, there are sometimes different points of view when people live together. It is important to be able to talk about them in a respectful way. Only then is it possible to live together in harmony. It would also make sense if you had private liability insurance.

Was die Art der WG angeht, hat es hier schon alles gegeben. Nach dem Motto: Vieles kann, nichts muss. Ob es nun eine Zweck-WG oder keine Zweck-WG ist, entwickelt sich ohnehin erst dann, wenn man zusammen wohnt und auch sein alltägliches Leben hat. Manchmal ist man nach der Arbeit müde, manchmal geht man aus oder manchmal mag man auch zusammen ein Glas Wein trinken. Jeder braucht auch seine Privatsphäre und seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Mir ist jedoch wichtig, dass jemand vertrauensvoll, ehrlich und sauber ist. Es gibt beim Zusammenleben natürlich auch manchmal unterschiedliche Sichtweisen. Wichtig dabei ist, dass man in einer respektvollen Weise darüber sprechen kann. Nur dann ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben möglich. Sinnvoll wäre es auch, wenn du eine Privathaftpflicht-Versicherung hättest.

I am professional, open-minded, reliable and also have a sense of humour. Living in a shared flat is totally different from living in your own flat. I know both sides and prefer living in a shared flat. I am originally from Frankfurt am Main but have been living in Munich for a very long time. So a Munich Guide would be included ;-)
